Pros +
- The Staff was great and accommodating
- Customer service, my room was on the first floor close to lobby which made it convenient to get to lobby and parking.
- At the last minute, they were able to provide us with a handicapped room which made it perfect since I was recovering from recent hip surgery.
Cons -
- The smell in the lobby and hallway was extremely strong like air freshener. The room was run down. Lots of missing paint, sink was scratched really bad, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Also there was no latch type lock on the door.
