Comfortable beds, clean, nice view, and breakfast was nice.

All rooms have water views.

The beds were doubles, not queens. And it?s too bad the restaurant is closed as it has a beautiful view.

Continental breakfast was great. Hotel employee who helped with our reservation (correction with date) and was so pleasant doing it. Room was just lovely. Would recommend to anyone!

The view and property location was absolutely amazing. The rooms show a little age but that is made up for by spectacular service and probably the best Continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel (fresh made muffins and large spread of fruits, bagels)

All the rooms were at bit small. The best thing I liked was it was quiet. The restaurant and lounge was not open so we had to go to the little place next door for cocktails . If we go back to boothbay we would probably stay there again .

It would have been nice if it had a pool and jacuzzi or hot tub. And if the restaurant does not open again, it was still be nice if they could open their lounge.

The flowers! The staff was very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean.

We loved everything about Brown's from the location to the room to the beautiful harbor views. The staff was fantastic -- friendly, professional and helpful. We will definitely go back!

There isn't anything not to like. We had a fabulous couple days despite the rain!

The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a gorgeous and short walk to restaurants and shops.

The hotel was conveniently located, had a GREAT view, was spotlessly clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was basic but good. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tastefully updated room with covered porch overlooking the harbor. Very clean and comfortable. Very good bar and restaurant on premises.

In addition to the view from the room and the proximity to the town footbridge, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. The place was quiet, charming, and extremely comfortable.

The room itself and balcony were nice, looked out over the harbour. The hotel is a bit away from downtown, where we assume there was a bit more going on for July 4th. Hotel crowd was a little aged, but staff and setting were excellent.

The complimentary coffee was like light brown water - no flavor. I had to go up the street for a decent cup of coffee. Everything else though, was great!
