    • The views, the serenity, the food -- all amazing. Great location, perfect for weddings.
    • Room had everything needed and more, with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 college age young adults. Full kitchenette, that included a 2 burner stove, microwave, plates, utensils, pots and pans, which was unexpected. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

    Cons -

    • Service, lack of amenities advertised and mold in room
    • Spotty WiFi (not necessarily a bad thing), and somewhat dated cottages.

The best things about this hotel were the view of the harbor and the grounds.

We loved everything about this hotel!

The perfect Inn in the perfect location. Better than pictures or imagined.

    Internet/cellular is slower than optimal.

The location and the hot tubs! Beautiful area.

Very out of date facilities as well as lack of cleanliness.

    Fiasco.

Old and moldy. It should be charging much less for poor Model6 quality.

Food is always very good and the location is beautiful. The property is wonderful and the fact that it is dog friendly was a big plus.

We were disappointed that the free boat shuttle to town has been discontinued.

The location is stunning, with ample places to sit and enjoy the view. There are lots of activities to enjoy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is really good and better than some restaurants in the village.

We booked late in the season, and the room we had wasn't as comfortable or spacious as the one we've stayed in before, although it had a lovely water view. We will definitely stay at SPI again, just in a different room.

    Spa was fine

Noise in upper floor of Evergreen. Added 50$ for 1 hr early check in for spa treatment.

Loved this place. Breakfast was excellent. The whole property was very adorable.

The room decor seems very outdated, like from the 70s.

repeat visitor, however our cottage had 3 units with us in the middle. Crying and running children on one side and barking dog on the other- not the best.

    needs upkeep

    Location was pretty

The staff was super awkward and hovering and unprofessional

Location and the grounds are beautiful

Rooms are spacious and clean but could use some updating

    9JimPosted on: 7-19-2025

Beautiful setting. A 1950s feel but luxurious. Took me back to my childhood

Tennis court in poor shape. Food could have been better

    9AlisaPosted on: 7-5-2025

The location on the water, the pretty appointments in the hotel itself, the outdoor s'mores area, corn hole and sitting areas, the game room, our room was spacious and had a pretty view, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was huge, nice toiletries, beautiful pool on the water, and access to a shuttle and trolley. We loved the Windjammer fireworks cruise which was wonderful!

The game room area and laundry room seem to be in need of a renovation. It poured one morning and the water was leaking through the roof in the laundry area. Also, the game room was fun, but smelled a bit musky. The pool overlooking the water was beautiful, but the coverings for the lounge chairs had a lot of stains and were soaking wet after it rained. There were a lot of insects in the pool - ear whigs galore and some spiders. The pool definitely needed to be vacuumed/skimmed daily, and I never saw that done while I was there. I even volunteered to remove some of the bugs, but the net I was given wasn't effective.

It was the perfect spot for our son - so many activities to keep him busy without having to leave the premises (playground, pool, indoor play area). We loved the complimentary boat ride, the heated pool and the overall vibe of the resort. It was super close to town but at the same time a little oasis. We would definitely come again.
