Location that's It

Staff were rude, tv didn't work, pool was cold and then they put chemicals in it while we were swimming

There was mold in the bathroom and the bedspread was dirty. Shady people hanging out at the dumpster in the parking lot.

When I checked out

The room. Rm# 138 smelled like cat pee. Bad. The floor in the room was gross. Slimy

Room smelled bad like urine. the staff and they just said sorry. No offer to come check it out or to compensate or switch rooms. the floors were sticky and felt very gross to walk on. Screen was slashed open so we couldn’t leave the window open. Disgusted

Updated look

The beds were not updated and we reserved a king before our trip and received a double queen.

Very nice job remodeling the rooms

They should put In bigger bars of soap , and offer a little bet more for breakfast

close to the airport

tried to charge me $100 for incidentals- the room was $---for the night… there was lipstick on a pillow and make up on the comforter - i killed 2 bugs- the curtains were broke so up at dawn with the sun- and the shower faucet would not turn off

Location proximity to the airport

No elevator which was fine for us but witnessed older patrons with heavy or multiple bags that needed assistance. The signs on the property said it was a smoke-free zone yet the marijuana and cigarette smell was apparent and visible.

Over all a fine price from the room and amenities that are offered. But please see my notes about what we did not like.

The smoking area out front takes away from the hotel and can make a few people just pack up and leave. Please place the smoking area in another less obvious and not by the other entrance door that has been used for years as the smoking area / hang out.

Half the lights in the room didn’t work the shower turned on along with the tub part of the water spout and we killed a couple of roaches

The hotel is dated a bit - but for the price and location its a great place to stay - we recommend it to all our friends and Many of our speakers from our charity, WE Believe (www.webelieve.ca) stay here when traveling through.

The wash area is outside of the bathroom which is a little off putting Bathroom vent fan wasn’t working and wasn’t fixes even after raising it to front desk Pool water appeared greenish and did not see anyone using because of this

The recent renovations are beautiful. There were more than enough power plugs and outlets and lighting was very good. Loved the laminate flooring - much better than carpets. The beds were very comfortable.

Door did not close all the way without pushing or pulling it closed. Sink drain was not working .

For a newly renovated room, the tub was plugged, water didn?t drain, hair dryer didn?t work, wall attached shampoo bottle didn?t squeeze. Pool as only open until 9.

Very good price and hot breakfast
