Quality Inn at Bangor Mall

Very clean, staff friendly, very nice rooms

Breakfast room very small, breakfast food very good

The room had easy access to a side door to allow is to load and unload easily. It was also close to the gym, breakfast area, and laundry. The breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from.

Our room's window was unlocked.

Room smelled like fish, people were loudly talking in the hall all night, the pipes sound like something is going to explode, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything, including people having relations.

First floor room...excellent breakfast in variety and amount. Hard to fin

Have stayed there before but looks like it may have had a remodel since then

Not much parking but don’t think they can do much about it. No complaints otherwise!!!

Elevator access and overall comfort and everything was very easily accessible and close to all the restaurants and stores.

I stayed in both locations from August 2nd to August 5th and the first location on Oden Drive did not have an elevator that was very frustrating as my mother has bad knees and we had a lot of things to carry upstairs

The hot breakfast and being located to alot is stores.

The bed was a little hard but not horrible

You could identify who the staff was as they wore the branded attire and name tags compared to a stay a week before at a Comfort Inn in East Windsor, Ct.

The room smelled moldy and there was dust and dirt in the ac. There was dry dog food under the beds. There was hair in the tub.I will never stay at this property again!

The location was good. The people were very nice and if was reasonably clean.

The bed was uncomfortable. The room was tiny and there were very few amenities.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. It would have been cramped if someone had been with me.

The hallways smelled of marijuana. The room was moody smelling. The wall heater/fan had something spilled in it and you could see it turned to mold lumps.
