Fireside Inn & Suites

It is located right by the convention center. The bed was fine, a place to sleep.

The staff seemed unhappy to be there. It didn't seem like a very safe place with signs on the doors about police patrolling. The bathroom was so small I couldn't be in it with the door shut.

Close to the concert venue..

The bed and pillows were absolutely horrible.. The sheets were all pilly.. The food at the restaurant was not what we ordered.

The accommodation with an early check in worked out great, and we were able to have 2 vehicles there for 1 room which was greatly appreciated.

Proximity to the Cross Insurance Auditorium

Bathroom was very cramped. No key access from outside. I had to enter through the front door only.

Quick and easy check in process, and the restaurant/bar onsite is good..

Wi-Fi is horribly unreliable.

The attached restaurant was a good place to eat for dinner, did not serve breakfast because it is a pub/brewery.

No breakfast AT ALL! Very outdated and falling apart hotel, especially the room we were in.

Check-in was quick. Beds were very comfortable. Room was neat and clean. Keurig coffee pot was a plus. Had all the amenities I could ask for. I found it to be a very good value in comparison to others in the city. I would stay there again.

An older hotel and the age was evident in things like the carpet, but other than some dust/dirt build-up in the very corners the room was very clean.

Had a lot of towels In the bathroom.

Not a great location. Not as nice as pictures made it look.

Just dirty and dated. Constantly smelled cigarettes if people smoking outside my window.

The staff went out of their way to ensure I had a room with a very firm bed; since I have back problems. They were all very nice and helpful when I had questions.

It was a bit run down and the parking was very confusing.

The place was dirty. Smelled of mildew. The bathroom was small and not well maintained with broken light fixutres and a door that got stuck. AC only output a pungent odor when in use. The clientele were sketchy at best.

The location was great. 10 minute walk to Darling's Waterfront.

Very outdated. Bed not comfortable. Room could have been cleaner. Linens quite worn. Needs new bathroom or bathroom needs a good scrub. Way overpriced for what you get.

Staff were nice

Room smelled of mildew, no closet in the room, sink was clogged, toilet wouldn't flush without holding handle for long time. Hallway carpets were filthy and overall a very poor experience, especially in relation to price paid!

bed was comfortable. If you were going to the Darlington Waterfront Pavilion it would be a good location, easy walking distance.

building and rooms very dated, hallways smelled funky

Not clean, run down, included breakfast was disapointing.Like Fireside in Belfast. Fireside in Bangor disappointing.

the room and staff were very good. i wzs pleasantly surprised by how nicely decorated the room was.

the continental breakfast was very disappointing. they had run out of orange juice and the plate that i guessed was for pastries was empty.

It wasnt clean! There was alcohol and chicken wings still left in our room When we arrived.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. It was very convenient,especially with restaurant attached. Also a simple breakfast was provided which saved me time in the morning. The room was very clean and comfortable.
