- Very neat clean and professional thank you
- Nothing, the tv did not work, we were not able to gain access to the ice room, bathroom was filthy.

- Hotel was dirty, bed linens was not clean
- Room smelled musty ....some of the wall areas needed simple plaster repairs ...bedside lamp shade needed changing to new one (rust stains and holes)...lots of disturbing noises in the hallway overnight ....iron was broken and fell apart when trying to take out of the closet door...refrigerator was leaking water on floor towards bed floor area....my apologies for the negative comments, but just being honest ... simple changes can make a big difference....hopefully all can be fixed for the next visitor's stay ....hope this helps
