- The dock and location are beautiful
- Hotele employee was the best! She was so focused on the customer experience and really did whatever she could to make sure everyone was happy. The setting is lovely if you have a water view room. We did not but would pay the extra next time. Restaurant was nice

- The room was not very clean, the floor was pretty dirty. The bathroom needs an upgrade
- They do not offer a hot breakfast which we would have preferred.
