Coastal Palms Inn and Suites

Love the location, the air conditioner worked well, great water pressure, included a fridge & microwave, great parking, gave us big bags of ice every day, staff was friendly.

On occasion we smelled pot in our room when we had a no smoking room (it was coming in through the vent). And I know this isn’t the hotels fault, but heard kids running around on 4th floor at 2am several nights.

Could definitely be more clean. Floors were dirty. Water pressure in shower is poor.

When we went to use the pool, several others came & then it wa just to crowded for that small pool so I got out & left. Maybe there should be a Max limit of how many can be in there at a time.

How close it is to the beach

The traffic can be a little too loud at times but it can?t be helped because it?s right next to the road

Location and cleanliness was amazing.

The young lady who checked us in was not warm, was not friendly, was not welcoming. She was efficient, but needs a class in pleasantness which will Keep customers coming back.

Yes everything. Starting with booking the reservation. It was a nightmare. They say and do thing¿s terrible. When you call customer service they give you the runaround. No help at all. My problem never got resolved. It was a offer experience

Had to switch rooms initially due to cigarette and weed smell. Bathroom ceiling leaked. Phone did not work. Was charged for ESA animal which under Federal Statute is illegal. Construction immediately outside of hotel door.

Definitely could of been cleaner. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The ceiling was leaking and the sink water went down slowly. Not what I thought it would be, but it served its purpose.

The room was clean, I liked that there is a microwave in the room. There's a ice skating rink in there, a food area with tables, stores etc. You really don't have to leave the hotel other than to walk the boardwalk.

I wish it was closer to the boardwalk. A maintenance man changed the ceiling tiles n didn't clean the hallway up.the bathroom sink/cabinet is small and a little outdated.

Room was dirty. Empty soda bottle under dresser dirty cup behind sofa. Will not stay again

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. When I had trouble with the key, she was under and continued to help make my experience better.

Glenn is horrible on the 800 number chastising me for being tearful saying ¿no one cries over a freaking key!¿ They do when they are me, already feeling sickly, going up the stairs twice and the elevator once trying to get in the room.

One block to the beach. When we requested extra towels and sheets for the sofa bed, they were brought within minutes. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

Being on the main road, there is a ton of road noise at night. The room we booked (one bedroom suite with two queens and a sofa bed) was a bit tight compared to similar-layout suites we've stayed at elsewhere.

Nice extra room with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Allowed dogs.

Smoke alarm had low battery and beeped repeatedly at 3 am for OVER AN HOUR. No one in the office or answering phone. Finally got thru to corporate office to get it fixed. Also first night loud people drinking on sidewalk right below our room until 1 am.

The staff was excellent, the location was great, and the room’s balcony, fridge, and microwave were and enjoyable and convenient touch.

There was a strand of hair in the shower and the shower head looked unclean. There were also a few ants in the bathroom area.

One thing I didn’t like is their pet policy wasn’t clear very disappointed .there was no room says desegregated For pet . So I booked any room assuming the hotel is pet friendly but I find out the hard way and i couldn’t take my dog with me , very

About a block away from the beach. Free loaner beach chairs. Friendly staff.

The air conditioning did not work well in our room. The pool was very small. Parking spots were extremely tight. if you wanted ice you had to go down to the office to get it. No ice machines available on each floor.

Good location, close to beach. Onsite parking.

Air conditioner was very old and noisy. Clicked on with a rattle throughout the night.

Location of the hotel is far from the board walk but there was still a lot of things to do around there and the pool stayed open until 10pm. My kids loved that.

I arrived there around 1230pm, I understand check in wasn't until 4 pm but we did not get a room until 320 pm. They didn't make any arrangements to get us inside the rooms faster
