I wasnt able to get a refund on the one night that I couldnt stay at the hotel

Friendly and helpful staff

Just issues with key, had to reset key card several times

I stayed thete 3 nights and I had to ask them for room service 3 times and still didn't get the service. There was no body lotion and and I asked the receptionist few times to put the request and still didn't get it.

The staff was very nice and the room and the entire hotel were very clean.

The bathroom door slides and does not lock or shut entirely.

Nice spacious room, fully supplied, great amenities available

The latch to our bathroom door was broken. Continuously barking dogs. Painfully slow elevator. Breakfast selection being mostly pre-packaged items to choose from instead of the hot breakfast bar Hilton used to have.

I have a handicap and I needed a handicap room It was so comfortable The bath and share are great I would definitely return

Near restaurant- beach-has free breakfast and heated pool and gym

The water from the shower goes all over the bathroom as the curtain doesnt hold it. The water is warm but not hot 

The accommodations for our dog, the breakfast layout and the location was perfect for our family.

The hotel was a pleasure to stay & we were treat with respect & kindness. We were even voted Customer of the day  which give us a special reward. The hotel representative gave an excellent restaurant to dine. We would stay here again in the future.

It smelled really funny and there was no windows to open or balcony for fresh air. There was leftover food from a family previous to us in the fridge.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly - amenities were great!

Our room had a pet like smell - it was a pet friendly hotel, so should have expected it a little bit.

All of the hotel staff were lovely. The location was awesome. Rooms were clean.

The bed was not comfortable. The walls/floors are paper-thin.

Close to beach and nice shops/food right next door. Clean for the most part and had free breakfast. Nice gym. Like how we got free water for being Hilton members.

There was no clock by bed, small tv, sheets had some hairs on them, my kids said pool water had a funny taste/smell and we could see a film laying on top of water. Not sure what chemicals they use. Charge $10/day for parking.

Staff was pleasant , the lobby was clean wear we ate breakfast.

My room was dirty , my bathroom had multiple large spots of mold , the light switch plate was cracked my bed sheets needed to be replaced because they were smelly and dirty blood stains we found trash under the beds and previous belongings in the pullout

Proximity to beach. Easy parking. Clean hotel. Aesthetically nice-looking hotel.

Our bathroom door was a pocket door and my 13 year old daughter got stuck in it. Luckily with ingenuity I was able to get her out and we just never closed the door fully again during our stay. There is a $10 a day parking fee.

Didn't realize this was a pet friendly hotel. The room smelled like wet dog. The maids didn't speak or understand English. They charged a parking fee per night, and a incidental fee???

rooms and breakfast was awesome need to add bacon to the breakfast mix though

it was a decent walk to the beach, crossing the highway sucked

Cleanliness

Bathroom stinks, no noise cancellation between rooms, barking of dogs

The only thing we like was, it was near everything.

The rooms were dirty, stuff and the female manager was rude. We told them our bedding was dirty the stuff and management told us to come downstairs stairs and get new bedding and we had to change our own sheets. The worst experience ever.

I loved everything about it except the the girl who answered the phone and the one at the desk (not sure if same girl, but seemed like it) was kind of ¿out of it¿. I loved the room and the shower and everything else about hotel except the NOISE.

The NOISE LEVEL was incredible starting st 6 am and ending after midnight
