The lamp shades were dirty around the rims and need replacing. No elevator.

the hotel manager was exceptional to anything we needed. his staff was perfect. i have stayed at the dunes maybe 4/5 times and i will gladly stay again and again.

the toilet sat too low??? LOL also the bathroom sink too shallow. should have a higher faucet. other than that, perfect.............

The comforters were thin and we were cold.

Clean, well maintained hotel room. Very friendly front desk staff. Easy access to beach and boardwalk.

we have stayed there 3 times and each time is a better experience.............the place is always fresh smeeling, very clean.

i dont want to complain, but the inside of the toilet was badly staiined..... and when showering the water ran thru the shower head and also spicket which made tub fill up with water,

Staff was friendly and informative. Overall it was nice and clean and staff always ensured this as well.

It would have been nice to have an onsite reception instead of having to walk over to the Manor.

Comfy beds

The staff was very condescending and on the phone told me I was all paid and booked and just needed to show up to check in. When I got there, not only was the staff VERY VERY RUDE and also in a way arrogant and misinformed and undertrained.

i like the fact we parked the car and walked everywhere............convenience

the only thing i did NOT like was the sink in bathroom.............way to shallow........

I did not sleep for 2 nights. It was like a huge loud party until 5 am I contacted the hotel staff 2 nights in a row and nothing happened. My room was dirty and we couldn't check in until 5 PM. Worst trip ever!

The entire staff was great but their cleaning staff was amazing.

The AC was loud when it cut on and kept waking up my baby.

Very clean room, staff was extremely helpful with questions, location is perfect being at the end of the boardwalk. I will be taking my daughter there again next year!! Parking was never an issue either! Highly recommend!

Only 1 ice machine in the office.

The location, room and staff were all great. The noice and light on the other hand were not great.

There are no draperies and the outside is lit up like the 4th of July. I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't tell if it was night or day. Single pane windows allow you to hear everything outside your room as if they were inside with you.

The staff at the Dunes are top notch and the location at the very end of the boardwalk is the perfect spot to be close to everything.

The lack of curtains on the windows were a big bother. The lights from the pool area are on all night and the blinds do a poor job of blocking it out. It was like sleeping infront of a giant spotlight all night.

staff upgraded us to Dunes Manor due to plumbing issue, So original hotel was around a 5/6 out dated ,the upgrade I would give a 9/10 as well as the staff.

Location , less than 1 block to beach and its at the end of the boardwalk where you can catch the tram car to the amusements and restaurants. Price' couldn't beat it.

We stayed here 2 yrs ago ,this is an older building . Some things were modernized, but was disappointed in upkeep on room maintenance. example ;broken drawer handles.

Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff is friendly and everything is clean.

The rooms could be upgraded a little and I ran out of hot water Sunday morning during my shower.
