- Many room upgrades are needed. All mattresses, coutertops, cabinets, sofa, deck furniture, bath lighting, closet doors, and bathroom faucets need replaced. 6 lightbulbs were out. Only 1 tiny lamp in each br for light. And this is only the condo.
