The cost of parking. The mice at the outside bar. The room AC Maid service was nonexistent

The view of the beach and the Tier level. When I checked in, the front desk didn’t tell me of all the amenities the hotel had. I happened to walk around trying to reach the beach from inside.

Yes, I must explain. The morning of checkout I needed directions how to reach the beach from inside the hotel. The front desk lady at the time - VERY RUDE! She had an Attitude when I asked and also, as I checked out of the hotel. Reasoning for the ratings

Hotel is not resort like at all . Sink was broken my handicap wife had to ask me to help every shower/ bath for help so she could reach the shampoo and conditioner mounted on the wall

The view and the quietness the room provided

Not much. Parking was interesting. Didn't really get to explore.

Location was good

During our stay the water was turned off. Inconvenient and we weren?t notified. The balconies were not really accommodating. Shotty work on walls and ceilings. To call themselves a resort, it should be better quality.

The provider beach chairs, umbrellas, and towel was so convenient, as well as the food and drink service on the beach. The dining areas were all lovely, and food was great, and there was even live music.

Only issue was not having an additional mirror in the room, only one provided in bathroom,there is not an ice machine on each floor, nor microwave in room.

The location was good and plenty of parking

The staff really wasn't any help. The room wasn't actually "ocean view" and the balcony was only big enough for one person to stand on

They didn't clean the room when we were there we had a pet but we put the sign down when was nit in the room and still didn't come in

the amentites listed were not there (spa, sauna, fitness room, indoor pool) and the restaurant was closed. they charge a resort fee but there are NO amentites

Dog friendly, nice staff. Complimentary waters. Bed was comfortable.

Just little things, not enough coffee mugs. Carpet was stained. Poor lighting.

No microwave in the room. It would have been nice.loved the keurig and mini-fridge.

Ambiance is great as it is newly renovated. Restaurant and bar beautiful with lovely outdoor spaces with great views.

Horrible ¿city¿ view room with rooftop HVAC equipment and no balcony. This should have all been disclosed in the room description as there was not even a city view. I would never have booked this room.

The King Suite was beautiful and the beach access was easy and less crowded

Shelter from wet weather

The staff misslead me into believing I had a good room but it was nxt toothed elevator and ice machine those items should hve been in my room for all the noise also the a/C unit was like a siren. All night long!!!!! I will not recommend this hotel

The overall feel was resort getaway. They offered a lot of amenities and services that made it easy to relax on a beach vacation. The staff were attentive and warm. It was clean and bright inside, the room was spacious and comfortable with a view.

There weren¿t enough elevators for the guests and staff. At peak AM hours it¿d take quite a while to get the elevator to stop on your floor. The staff also had to use it and would push large carts onto already packed elevators.

Only one lobby toilet and tiny business center. We also went during renovation, so did not get to experience the hotel with all amenities active (i.e. - restaurant, access to beach through building, onsite fitness center, places to relax inside facility)

Only half a shower door in stall shower in bathrooms. Other half where door should have been completely open. Difficult to shower w/concern about water getting out onto bathroom floor. We were w/group & all rooms had only stall showers w/half doors.

No inside pool

Location was perfect being right on the shore and that it had beach amenities like umbrellas and chairs. Room was d renovated nice as well!

It was under renovations still and not enough walkable restaurants, but this really wasn¿t a terrible thing. Staff was summer staff so not the most knowledgeable, but they were very friendly.
