The door to room was broken when we arrived, tub felt sunken in and the shower whisled., did tuna drainage

The hotel is in a great location on the boardwalk. There?s a Starbucks, bar, and restaurant attached to the hotel. Bike rentals are nearby in either direction.

After our room was changed the 5 th floor. The view was very nice.

The dishwasher when trying to open came right out from underneath the countertop, the view we first had was terrible, the people in the pool could see right in our room. The toilet seat was half off the toilet, no sink strainer to do the dishes in water.

It was close to the beach and board walk. We could exit our room from the sliding class door to go out to the board walk, but the sliding glass door could not be locked from the outside and the view right out on our patio was blocked by the pool fence.

Front desk staff was horrible. Notfriendly,no directions to get to room,no signs pointing out the room#'s. We wandered around trying to find our room, had to go outside to get to our room. Place was very outdated.No breakfast provided.Not worth the money

No heat in side building in fall months. Although, staff did provid a good space heater.

Very little parking. Had to park on a side street. That would be expected during the summer, but not in the off season

In desperate need of maintenance!! Paint chipping all over outdated rough kitchen area. Good thing it was off season otherwise this room should never be over $100!

The beds were very comfortable. Liked the kitchen with all the appliances and large refrigerator

The only things I liked were the location and the larger pool.

The halls were filthy. Garbage bags everywhere. Towels were very thin and small. Carpet was so old. Elevators were dirty and awful. There was what appeared to be a nicer part of the hotel. Perhaps the environment is better there.

On the boardwalk

Efficiency room. door frame busted. NO AC ON 80 DEGREE DAY [OFF SEASON]. DIRTY. BALCONY FILTHY. VIEW OBSTRUCTED BY BUILDING.

Absolutely disatisfied with the room but the manager offered a refund without a penalty, I jumped at the offer, took my money and left.

There is everything to like about this hotel. The location, the indoor pool, the room, the staff...it was all great! Hotel employee checked us in and was the best!

Was suppose to have ocean front had side of hotel on road noisy. parking was very limited!!

Couch was ripped and floors were gross.

When she cleaned. Didn't replace dish cloth and tissues and didn't replenish coffe my husband didn't have any on are last morning there. Also no vent in bathroom and sun came in window in bathroom very hot. air conditioner broke.Hot!! compensated ????
