Very modern, cleanliness, great location. I especially want to compliment the front desk who made my stay so pleasant by her friendly and caring personality.

There is a charge for parking; however, you can self-park on the nearby streets for no fee.

There was barely any hot water for the bathroom sink and shower . They made you take your room garbage to the dumpster on check out day . That’s odd.

Yes, there was no hot water in the shower. I tried running the sink and shower together for 20 minutes and still no hot water. And check out is too early.

Proximity to what we were doing. Nice view. Bed was comfortable.

The room was what we expected for the price. Wish you didn't have to pay for parking but we parked for free right across the street and know there is a resort fee as well.

Close to the beach and the sunsets on the balcony over the Bay are awesome. I enjoy this location because it’s away from the busyness of the boardwalk, but still close to everything.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. I didn’t like that they changed their parking policy to $15 a day for parking. No upgrades have been done to this hotel in the last 10 years that I’ve been staying here.You have to take out your own trash

You spend ---a night and then had to pay for parking and if i new they would be music so loud at fagers on monday to 1:30 in the morning i would of went somewhere else

The hotel didn't have working air conditioning. It was 80F the day we visited and the thermostat read 82F inside the room

We had no Hot Water could no shower No effort was made to fix it or move us to another room Heat coming on and off very loud kept you awake vending machines not working

Good Location, Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean though it¿s next to Fagers Island and you can hear the music and nightlife until 2 AM from your room if you¿re a light sleeper .

Pipes in the hotel make noise as you can hear other guests take showers early AM which was very annoying as it wakes you out your sleep

The location was great for first timers. The staff was great!

The room was a little dated but nothing a few new furniture items and paint couldn't fix.

Great view fromt he living room and walkways thru the bay area. Game room was a nice touch. The room was as advertised but directly beside pool so louder than expected.

No free breakfast. Charged me extra fees at checkout and had already taken them out of my deposit.

Ideal location and friendly staff

The odor within the entire building is not pleasant. Definitely could use updating of rugs and an air filtration unit. Outside the back of the building where all the balconies face could have the trash picked up so it¿s a nicer view. Awesome otherwise.

The location and the closeness to the main strip was the best thing. The view was very nice as well.

I didn't like the dead mouse on a sticky trap in my room when I arrived and the front desk closed at 11pm. I had to wait until the morning to DEMAND a room change because it was not offered. Also charged the resort fee for my troubles or for complaining.

Cleanliness, floors somewhat dirty. Outdated. Big gap under door to room, light coming in from hallway

The hotel is very out dated. The rooms could use a really thorough cleaning. Tub seemed to have scum in the cracks of the molding. The shower head was very small( out dated) and it kept losing pressure (down to a drizzle) while showering.
