Seabonay Oceanfront Motel

Location was good right on beach !

Had to ask housekeeping 4 times to clean room. Found a dirty pair of shorts under the bed. (not ours) Room needs face lift, looks nothing like photos. Room smelled funny, I went out and got some air fresheners.

The room was dirty. Hair in tub/shower/sink/floor. Mold in toilet bowl. Windows were not cleaned and did not give a clear view of ocean. Previous guests clothes still in dresser drawers. Bedside lamp did not work.

The Staff is very helpful and very nice.

There isn¿t anything that I didn¿t like, it¿s an older hotel and has issues but I think that it was a good hotel for the budget constraints that we had.

Staff, location, stocked supplies (towels, linens, never out of ice), AC was the bomb!, spacious, comfy pillows & bed

The motel is right on the beach as stated in the description.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Crumbs on the bed, hair in the sink, barely any toilet paper on the roll. The overall upkeep of the room was unimpressive. There were several areas in the floor that were uneven. The walls were dirty.

I was able to have my money refunded and find somewhere else to stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and polite.

The overall appearance of the motel was very poor. This motel is in need of a deep cleaning and updates. The room itself was filthy. And the pictures prior to booking are very deceitful, this place looked nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing.

The ocean is incredibly close. Hotel is at the end of the boardwalk so it was less crowded. I needed a first floor room and they were able to accommodate with no problems.

A bit dirty (and I expected that from reading past reviews). But I have stayed at worse places. We cleaned high traffic areas before we brought our stuff in so no problem. It was loud the one night, but the police came and took care of the noise.

I like that you had the option to choose oceanfront. Plus it's on steps from the beach.

Not really! Maybe the A/c to work a little better I love it to be freezing when I sleep lol. But all n all the room was decent just don't expect it to be a 10 star hotel. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Location.... half a block from the end of the Boardwalk, right behind sand dunes, very short jaunt to the ocean.

Bathroom door could not close, very uncomfortable when using the facilities. Sheets were very wrinkled and had stains on them, both beds. Patio was not kept clean by the staff, trash from previous guests just left, need to hose off the sand from the walk

Extremely narrow hallways and stairs. No elevators (highest floor is third floor). Parking was limited.

Steps away from beach

The guard rails on 3rd floor were loose and not attached safely. This was a huge disappointment with having a 3 year old child. He actually bought one of the rails to me. Very scary and should be fixed immediately.

The staff were rude. Absolutely filthy. Wi-Fi never worked. Door didn't shut properly.

Great location. End of boardwalk right around the corner, so you can catch the tram. Also has outside swimming pool that was nice. Beds were clean and bath was clean and fairly new.

Carpet felt damp and dirty. Room smelled moldy. Wifi never worked, told staff but they just said "it should".

Room was old and full of mildew. No microwave or hair dryer. Carpet was wet with holes in the floor. Very old room.

The location is great and the staff was friendly. For the price you can not beat it.

Not really. It is an older motel so it met my expectations.

The WiFi didnt work and the tv didn''t work in the whole hotel the last 2 days we were there.

Just kind of old and a bit run down.

The building was old, but the rooms were clean. My only concern was that I had COPD and I assumed the hotel had an elevator. If I had know before hand I would have asked for a first floor room. The staff did accomodate us with some help when we left.

Only that it did not have a elevator. The hotel was in an excelent location to the beach and boardwalk.

I liked that it was right on the beach. I didn't have to walk far to get to the ocean.

Some of the staff was rude. Cleanliness was low. The room looked nothing like the photos posted. There wasn't very good parking.

Right on the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk.

The room was nasty, carpet was dirty, wallpaper was fixed with staples. We were worried about our belongings because the door did not shut right and there was a gap at the bottom of the door for creatures to enter.
