Majestic Hotel

Nothing. The only thing they helped with was immediately refunding me my parking pass. I checked out 10 mins after checking in .

It was filthy, smelled like mold. The shower was gross and I wouldn't have even showered my dog in it. The handles had mold and crust all built up on them. The velvet dust ruffle was molded.

It should be condemned. I got bed bugs from this hotel. 3 channels on TV. I will definitely reach out to health department and BBB.

No TV. Cable was out for the entire 4 day stay. Toilet seat was broken. No hot water in bathroom sink.

We got ate up with bed bugs. Two of us had to be seen at Urgent Care!! Blood in one of the beds and on the carpet. Roaches in the heated pool. Never staying there again and recommend no one stay there with their families!!

Good location

Very poor at cleanliness and they charge like 4 star hotel, do not go if you are hygienic person.

The staff that we did meet and speak to were very friendly and polite, and the view from our room was breathtaking. We also liked the private lot for hotel guests and how the hotel lobby exits onto the boardwalk.

The maid who cleaned the room prior to our stay could have done better as there was half of a Dorito on top of the AC and random hairs everywhere. The floor going into the bathroom was very week/possible holes under the carpet as well as beside bed.

Great location and staff was polite

Stove was broken during my entire stay as well as ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

That it was right at the beach and the view to the board walk and the ocean.

The parking was far and always full from outsiders who weren?t a hotel resident but others like friends and other family members

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so everything would get wet during a shower

It is older and not updated. But, our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful! Perfect location.

The best thing about Majestic Hotel is location, location, location. It kinda reminds me of home in the sixties. My stay was hazy, hot & humid every day. The best vacation in a while.

That it was on the boardwalk and close to everything.

Bathroom sink was clogged with 5 inches of water. No wash cloths. Hand towel had a big hole in it and the other one was dirty. Blinds were broke and no curtains to block the light out when you wanted to go to sleep. Pillows were flat, bed uncomfortable.

The location of where it is on the beach was really nice. The porch and patio in front of the porch were great for just sitting and relaxing while having a great view of the boardwalk and the ocean.

The room was very small. It was very noisy outside of the room. The shower barely worked since there was extremely low water pressure. The shower barely had water coming out and the temperature couldn't be regulated.

The building have a very poor maintenance the refrigerators are so old that some of them are yellow color inside and big holes in the structure Looks disgusting, broken blinds, burned carpets and mildew smell I believe due to the waterstains In the ceili

The room was a total disaster. The description said double room with double beds and sofa sleeps 5 adults. It was a single room and a sofa with old broken everything. Disgusting. The place is a dump. Had to go beg for towels. I want a refund.

Location was great and the price was awesome. Definitely go back again. Our room was nice and big, but did hear some rooms are small. The rocking chairs on the front porch over looking the boardwalk and ocean was a great way to end the day.

It was a little outdated but it was clean, not a deal breaker. They also don¿t have ice machines, I needed to go to the store located in the same building and buy a bag.

One of the smallest tiniest rooms in OC it was like a closet and I couldn¿t change it and I¿m still waiting for my refund weeks later . Stay away

Smallest room dirty nothing easy about this place stay away if you like money and don¿t want a dump . Don¿t trust the pictures the rooms are crappy

Shower curtains,no light one that worked, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work and doors stick when trying to open and close.

Hotel was old and amenities outdated. There was a old building smell throughout the hotel.
