1. The website states it is a 3-star property, however this property does not provide clean sheets/towels/toiletries. The 3-star property per standards supposed to provide the above. 2.The fitted sheets were dirty with sand and other people's hair on the

Staff was super friendly, our apartment was steps from the beach and boardwalk.

Overall, the unit was clean, but there was sand on the sheet in the pullout couch when we initially opened it.

No screen door so flys came in also needs updated not the cleanest hotel also they allow pets and all you hear is barking and dogs running around also patio door was hard to open and when closed could not see out it due to the stuff on the door

LARGE ENOUGH FOR MY FAMILY

I BOOKED A OCEAN FRONT APARTMENT TO BE PUT IN A BOTTOM APARTMENT LONG BALTIMORE AVE AND 11TH STREET NO OCEAN VIEW LIKE STATED NOR OCEANFRONT APARTMENT..

Staff were excellent allowed my daughter and I to check in early since we got there early. I appreciated that very much. Location is outstanding. I parked my car there all weekend because I was able to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Staff was very rude to my daughter & her friend. No towels, sheets or toilet paper! They required $150 deposit bc they were not 30! Owner told them they weren't allowed to hang in the room & that it's only for them to sleep in! No hot water!!!

Strange odor, ants, need to bring own sheets, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags. Very loud and unruly business owner below us. Made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We left. Also was construction going on next door. Although, manager was very nice!!

The apartment was literally steps away from the boardwalk! There was so much room for me and ask of my friends! We had a blast!! Even though we stayed during the early (off) season we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We plan to come back and stay again in!

There was a lot of space and the owners were very nice, helpful, and polite.

There were ants, the main patio faced a parking lot and smelt like grease and garbage from the giant dumpsters from the nearby restaurant, the other patio we had to walk down a hallway to get to and there was garbage still out there from the last people.

Suprisingly quiet and peaceful with all the activity around the condo. Great ocean view balcony. Updated and clean bathroom.
