Best price and location, we had a blast and loved the pool for my 4 year old!

I prefer a microwave in the room but they had one in the office along with frsh coffee which was nice.

Nothing. The room was nothing what we booked. We booked a queen deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about the room, it was a double bed not a queen, there were ants in the sink, the "dresser" was all broken.....

....the t.v was a computer monitor you could barely see, the electric outlets were coming out of the wall, the shower was falling apart and dirty, the front door did not shut all the way and you could see outside from inside.

Everything. Loud noises (cars racing by, loud teenagers and garbage trucks). Room blinds sucked. The bed/pillows were awful. The shower was not usable. Room did not match pictures

It was close to the boardwalk.and to places to eat that we could walk to.

Didn't have a microwave ,cable kept messing up.

Nothing. Dirty, not family-friendly, felt intimidated by unsavory patrons drinking beer yelling and hanging over balcony.

Pictures show shower supplies, there were none except hand soap. One of my pillows had hair on it. The floors were sandy. Paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. Door had big gaps in the frame letting sun and noise through. Blinds were missing pieces.

Friendly staff making sure linens were clean. The location was great. Downtown and 1 block to beach/boardwalk.

Very run down and cramped.

The walls are buckled and have patches where surface is missing.

Location and price is the only things to say as a positive.

They advertise wifi and you can only get standing outside of office and still it is intermittent.They lie about problems in the area but 100 feet away there is dunkin donuts wifi that worked.The room was on a slant dresser and fridge always opening.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel.

You get what you pay for. When they say cheapest room in OC they mean it. Bed was broke door didn't shut right and they charge a deposit for keys and remote

The office was not open when we got there to check in (at 5PM) no sign on the window or anything, our room was right under the stairs to go to the second level, there was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom and the bathroom door got stuck a lot.

It was close to the beach.

No towels or TP at check in, floor loaded with sand before we got there (at an inexcusable amount), No washcloths at all, dehumidifier smelled as if it had never been emptied, and one of the beds had mold around the bottom.

Location. Close to boardwalk. Convenient.

Small room. No amenities. Wifi sucked.

Staff was rude/unhelpful, cleanliness of room upon arrival, obviously broken dresser drawers in room, bathroom sink clogged, lack of amenities- i.e towels, wash clothes, microwave, etc...

Too small for the money and dirty musty smelling room they need to maybe just upgrade the de-humidifiers..

Close to the beach

Very dirty, there was a giant cricket IN the sheets, trash was left in the drawers. Very disgusting and staff did nothing when they were informed. Horrible place.
