Other than hotel employee who worked the front desk, the staff needs better training in customer service. They were not too friendly or pleasant, a shame because this is our go to place.

The Tru Hotel was exceptional! The hospitality was great by staff, hotel was cleaned, and the breakfast was great. The location was a one! It was close to everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel and coming back soon!

This was honestly one of the best hotels we've stayed in, period. The staff was very attentitiv,e the room was neat and tidy upon arrival, and the hotel was in the perfect place at the beach. Not to mention the breakfast was great! We loved it here.

The one thing that was slightly unenjoyable was that since this is a pet-friendly hotel, we were waken up by another person's dog barking quite loudly in the morning. The pool was also not super well heated (even though it's described as a heated pool).

They were accommodating the entire time, answering any questions we had. They had a special treat waiting for our big boy ( our dog).

There¿s not one thing that I didn¿t like.

Dirty room floors; AC/Heat super loud and overpowering; No accommodating extra blanket; and can hear through the walls of everyone

The room had everything we needed in an IKEA-sort of design, no frills. Love the coat hooks instead of a closet! Also appreciated the water bottle fill-up next to the ice machine near the lobby.

Customer service was top notch. The hotel pool was broken so they very quickly transfered us to a nicer hotel, bigger room and gave us a free night. Very impressed all around!

Room was a little small and there is no balconies.

The Hotel was nice and new, and clean and has a great staff with good amenities like the breakfast buffet, pool and gym. The decorations in the hotel were perfect.

I didn't like the size of the rooms, the rooms were a bit small for my family of four, with no closets to store our stuff, and no safe to store our important belongings. This would be a perfect hotel if the rooms provided both these necessities.

The CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable bedding. Shower was lovely and all in all was comfy.

Clean and friendly, location makes it easy to get to shops and sites. Hot breakfast was a plus.

I was expecting a pool table and hot tub, but they did not have them. The description said room with view, but the view is of other hotels across the street that are actually beach views. These were the only downsides for me.

Everything!! Location the decor was really cute and inviting. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Everything was clean and fresh.

Very clean and friendly. Had nice amenities. The pool area was wonderful. I stayed in the winter time and the pool area was warm and the water was surprisingly cool and refreshing but I was not cold.

The air conditioner in the room was a little noisy.

The pool was out of service for three days,told us that we could other hotels but never gave us wristband.so no pool rights.which made us mad we paid to have pool rights
