  • I like the location and the aesthetics of the room.

Cons -

  • They are inconsiderate and customer service is zero. I was never allowed into the room. No access, no refund. They treated me like I do not matter
  • No service. Had to get my own supplies due to no staff cleaning of rooms! Asked for final receipt and told balance was zero, so no receipt. Get home and find they charged me $18 fee for no reason! I'm not paying and will never use this system again!!!
  • My 1st room was dirty & the refrigerator was broken. My room was changed & the next room was worse & was told housekeeping wasn't available. Worst yet, they charged my card an add'l $17 for taxes not mentioned prior. The mgmt. told me "It is what it is".

I like the location and the aesthetics of the room.

The staff was very kind and helpful.
I was going expecting to go into the pool. However when I got there I was told there was no pool.
