Bwi Airport Marriott

Very clean.

When we arrived for our two nights stay, there is only parking for one car and they told us the second car would have to park in a pay lot a mile away and walk.. They throw huge parties in their ballroom and that takes off all the parking.

We liked the shuttle to the airport, friendly staff at bar and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean.

Has a quest have to pay for parking $10 a day and took 6 hrs to wait for a shower chair for a disabled person

I had booked 2 rooms and on the last night. Room 834 my child got stuck outside the room and couldn't get in the lock wasn't working she wanted her stuff out the room and couldn't get it til the next morning.

The woman who received me was not a listener. Thank God someone else came to the desk. I just wanted to know at what part of the hour does the shuttle depart

Yes. Upon checking in, although I paid for my room in advance, I was told a room was not available for the time I requested (4 PM). I had an event at 6:00. When I approached the desk again, I was told that the first representative did not input info

The name and brand of the hotel

My floor in my room was badly stained, there were stains everywhere on the floor. On the corner of the bed of the box spring which was showing, there looked like a spec of dried up blood. Sure hope nobody got hurt in that room.

Hotel was clean and convenient.

The check in experience was terrible. The staff could not find my reservation numbers. They also told me that my prepaid rooms were not paid for when my guest arrived. It was embarrassing and time consuming.

Room reserved was not available, and I was offered a Murphy bed! Unacceptable!!

I really liked the cleanliness.

I hate the check in and walk back to the car for the parking pass idea that sucks .... I have stayed there a lot and its a pain. please change it once you get out of the car with bags after driving you need to use the restroom and that is a pain

When we checked in the system was down for few hours, I had with me a five years old kid and a two years old. All what they offer 10 dollars food discount, I told him keep it.

The pool was very small and dirty needs to be revised and cleaned. Not for small kids

I loved the location. When I first walked in the lobby was well appointed and smelt wonderful! The attendants greeted me so politely and were efficient when getting the details they needed to get me in my room. I just loved it!

Comfortable beds and quiet floors so I could rest between work/travel weeks and a very accommodating and friendly front desk employee who got me into my room early.

I couldn¿t go to the restaurant for lunch and the staff in my checkout day were not friendly

This hotel was clean and had a nice scent as soon as you walk in. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds and bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Great location being close to the airport with a shuttle. Highly recommend.

The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 10 was because the room phone wasn't working. I only stayed there to spend the night for a early flight the next morning. I had to physically go to the lobby to order room service after a long day.

Staff was nice & the 24 hour shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes to the airport was convenient.
