- Nothing , I was stuck with a room that smelled like cigarettes and even had cigarettes on the night stand , AC WAS OFF AND NEVER worked even after being told it didn?t work
- The room was clean.
- The staff were truly amazing

- Did not get what was offered. Was supposed to get a microwave and fridge but did not. Noone came to provide fresh linens. The room had a slight oder.

- Phones were out. Elevator was out of service, Ice machine was out of order. They didn't clean my room once. You could smell Marijuana all over. Staff were rude.
