- The parking lot was not safely cleared of ice and snow, had to struggle to park. The smell was terrible in the building. Some of the staff were very rude and unfriendly. The room was not comfortable nor was it up to standards with cleanliness. There were pest in the room, the heat stopped working. Loud noise disturbances throughout the building and outside. A lot of weird characters walking around and police having to be called. Just terrible overall.
- The furniture was old and dirty. The towels had hair on them before us even touching them. There were people laid out on the floor in the hallway. Terrible smell getting to our room. Definitely was not worth $80
