- The pull out bed had Stans on it / dirty not clean
- Took a long time to get placed in a room—staff seemed frustrated at having to do their job.

Need much improvement.
I’m sure you have been told this but your breakfast setup need to be revamped. It appears that you are over working your staff and that shows in their service attitude.
