Hampton Inn Baltimore/Glen Burnie

There was no balcony the bed every time you settle in it and made a big bang bang sound. That is why you’re getting a glow mark because my back has problems now not a nice thing.

It was clean, comfortable and near my son's new place.

It is a low level hotel that needed an upgrade after years of neglect.

The ice machine and elevator on my floor was 10 ft from my room door. People using these woke my family up (on a Saturday AM) starting @ 5am through 730am. There is no reason to have ice machines on each floor.

Convenient location for airport stay. Front desk staff are super nice, pleasant, professional and overall awesome. Check in and check out were smooth.

Elevator needed servicing, actually stool the fire exit to access floor, bathtub didn¿t drain and had standing water futon arrival, heating ands AC no room didn¿t regulate properly. ,. Either cold or hot, no in between

The staff was awesome! They were so accommodating and made sure we were able to check in early since we arrived early. So thankful for that. We were able to rest up before a wedding rehearsal.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable but overall everything was great. It was super clean!

I did NOT like this hotel. 1st time I stayed here I had things going on out of my control. 2nd time confirmed bad choice to stay. Not EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Room POORLY cleaned. Hair on bed and on bathroom door in my room.

Was able to check in early which was very much appreciated because the weather had turned very cold. Check in was easy and had my key in 5 minutes.

Never anyone manning the front desk. Each time I had to yell ¿Hello¿. There was no mention that you have to request room service for cleaning upon checking in. The bathroom sink faucet and shower head broken and a wash cloth from the previous guest left.

First of all I had to shove the door with my shoulder because it stuck so bad. I should have turned and left after that but didn¿t have time to deal with changing hotels. The bathroom was not very clean¿ toilet, sink and shower is old. Bed, furniture old.

Location was close to restaurants and shopping.

Hallways was not very clean. Bathroom sink was clogged

The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and professional and made checking in easy

Yes but it wasn¿t hotel fault a crazy lady at 3 I¿m the morning going crazy But the motel was great

The staff here really goes above and beyond especially the manager he made our stay a better. We ran into a little snag and with his help & suggestion we where able to get on with trip happy & worry free. Friendliest staff I have ever meet.

The crowds that would gather outside the hotel starting at about 11:30 going on until 3 or so.

Easy access from our venue and the highway. Very clean and quiet.
