Garner Hotel Glen Burnie – BWI Airport Area

The roof was very clean. The dove brand amenities were awesome.

The hallway carpet was tattered and dirty. The room wasn't.

The staff was super helpful and eager to handle my requests and questions. My agents at this hotel: and a woman that worked the overnight shift on Tues night who processed my request for a late checkout on Wednesday.

The free breakfast was pretty much the same thing everyday, no options. The juice machine was broken the entire week with no choice but coffee and water. There was only yogurt on one of the seven days I stayed at the hotel.

The staff was wonderful.

The light on my mirror was very faint, would blink off...hard to put my contacts in...the cleaning lady tried to help, came immediately to my room.

Rooms are neat

Yes the hall way is not clean the rugs needs change the air is not fresh.

The room was very nice and comfortable

There was a party going on and it was very loud then a storm came and knocked out the power and then the party moved out to the parking lot and got even louder and went on for hours. I loved the room but due to other guests I did not get good sleep.

The Room was freshly remodeled, the Hospitality was amazing, the breakfast was better than e3xpected and parking was no problem.

Exiting the property directly into fast moving traffic with limited ability to see what was coming very well. Besides this one small problem, it was OUTSTANDING!

Price, comfortable beds and cleanliness

The air conditioner in Rm 329 did not work and put out hot air therefore temp went up to 77. We were transferred to Rm 320 and TV did not work as no apps programmed on the smart tv. Hotel does not have cable. Dialing 0 or hotel number phone is always busy

The room was newly remodeled.

We weren't told till the day of check-in that there was a lot of construction going on and we were never told at the pool was closed so that really upset us cuz we paid to go to a place ahead of pool

Room was clean

Exterior was very dirty with trash and weeds all around the property. Could never find regular tv channels in the room. No cups or ice bucket whatsoever were in the room. Was not told in advance the property was under renovation.

Nothing it smelled like weed the whole place and floor literally was so bad. We felt sick and went down to ask what is happening they said we can provide air freshners to help you with the smell but they didn't even give me that. What a joke of place.

There were so many sounds of construction and I had to work and explained this to the management and they said it is what it is and the work would stop at 6PM but I am like my work is going to get done by then what is the point. I hate this place truly.

Fronte desk staff.

Dirty doors, elevators and floors. A/C on the room was very old and noisy. Bathroom with mold on wall and ceiling.

Did not have enough hot water to take bath. When I went for breakfast there were no items out but saw staff come out of kitchen with muffins for themselves and then proceeded to go to work.

Smelled of mold and mildew. The heat would not cut off so we roasted all night. The bathroom was dirty beyond belief

Dirty. Terrible. Rooms not available. They put us on a floor under construction with sheets hung to hide the demo work. Burn holes in the clean sheets. No tv remotes.

NOTHING. It was absolutely horrible!!!!

Curb side appearance was highly neglected, the lobby smelled of old urine, the clerk was rude and talking on her ear piece, as well as she was very abrupt with me. There was a rock holding the locked security entrance door open, there were MULTIPLE beer.

Nothing! It?s clear that who ever owns this place could care less about well anything. Absolutely NOTHING is kept up with.

Check in sucked, then to being moved 5 times, box spring broken, staff having friends hanging around the lobby, no sense of professional what so ever. And the elevator always nasty & sounds like it?s gonna break like the other one not in use.

The staff were nice enough

The hotel is poorly ran, its dirty, and stinks.

The toilet didn't flush and the complementary breakfast wasn't that great

It?s location near a number of restaurants was the only positive part of my experience there

My room was missing a bathroom door, the staff was quite disinterested in wanting to help you. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10 am, but the kitchen staff was closing things down at 9 am. About the only good thing about the hotel was the beds.
