- In the heart of downtown Cumberland MD. Can walk to almost everything

- The location was perfect for us as we were going on the Polar Express.
Cons -
- Staff was extremely rude. Amenities were very slim unless you wanted to buy from them from behind their counter in cash only. No ice machine, it was broken, the remote control was broken, the refrigerator barely cooled. Room not fully cleaned.
- The quilts were filthy and covered with clean sheets to try and hide the stains. It's supposed to be smoke free but our floor reeked of marijuana.
- The hotel was dated and could use additional cleaning. A little disappointed given the rating.
