Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Clinton

The hotel is under renovation. There is no lobby to speak of. Breakfast was only a bag with a fruit cup, yoghurt, juice box, and several stale tiny muffins, but no utensils to eat with. There are no microwaves, but they sold ramen noodles in a cup.

Elevator not working, hotel being used as partial shelter, prostitues in and out.

Not one thing

The condition of the hotel was terrible. There wasn?t any hot water, the beds sunk in so bad, the mini fridge had a smell to it, people were smoking in the hallways and stairwells. The hotel was uncomfortable and didn?t feel safe at all.

Nothing worked (Ice Machine, Elevator, Vending Machine...)

The family staff was not good Fire alarms that kept going off while there The smoke environment within the hotel rooms & it was a smoke free hotel& I had my new born baby with me The elevator not working had to use stairs .

Staff members made me apologize to staff after I said a slightly rude thing after a few drinks

Left a very important item in room staff refused to take my phone number to check on my item also hearing aid and empty candy wrapper left in chairs in room

That it was affordable.

Smokey/stinky smell throughout the hotel, came in after being out for a few hours & the room smelled smokey, staff not very friendly, cards deactivated the night before we had to checkout, took over an hour (90 min) for room to be ready.

The gentleman that checked me in was great

The hallways look like some jails in movies, paint chipping, walls are dirty, the first rm I went in only half of the main curtain was up, the second room was better but the cleaners didn't do a good job, food in the microwave, tub not cleaned

Room was dirty ¿ no soap no lotion . The morning was very rude and nasty

Hotel quality is not good. It needs a complete upgrade. Public areas in hallways did not seem clean: I saw vomit on third floor; did not have a full length mirror in my room (though the brackets were clearly evident); bathroom sink faucet knobs leaked....

I had a king room reserved but when I got there the clerk said they didn't have any available and it was first come first service. Very unprofessional person, had to take a room with a double bed. When you make a reservation the room is yours.

Carpet, lampshades, comforters needs updating. There were cigarette burns everywhere. I do not smoke.

The soap and the shampoo

It was noisy and no coffee maker in my room. Bed and pillows were lumpy, bumpy not comfortable at all. I would not stay there again.

Bedding is dirty with hair and dirt. Bathroom towels were dirty. The room smelled.

Two bugs in the bed. A Bug in each of the beds. The dresser drawers were dirty. The chair was filthy. The carpet was dirty. The refrigerator needed to be clean. The bathroom was not clean. Rude staff person at the front desk. I have pictures if need be.

The "hot buffet breakfast" was just a handful of cold mini muffins and Danishes that ran out quickly.

This visit was not good the tv didn't work, smoke alarm keeping going off all night - the the shower was not clean, thats why I usually bring my own
