Everything. We stayed for 3 nights and it was horrible. We booked 2 rooms which the rooms were dirty hallways smelled sooo bad even though the hotel states that is smoke free. We stayed with 5 kids which 2 has asthma! The paint on the tub was peeling!

Pets in the building, and construction at main entrance not safe.

The hotel and outside smelled of weed. I could hear dogs barking and babies crying in the hallway. A bug ran down the wall.

The location

The whole place smelled of weed. It was dirty, and the elevators were all messed up. Trash spilling out of cans, only two ice machines working out of five floors. People hanging outside in camping chairs smoking. All the chairs at the pool were ripped.

Absolutely nothing. It was very unsafe. Dirty.

It was disappointing to say the least. It was extremely dirty. People were getting beat up. Weed everywhere. Horrible.

Front desk staff was helpful.

1. Lobby A/C was hot. 2. Milk @ breakfast unrefrigerated/warm. 3. Rm 435: Frig promised not provided; TV was obsolete/small; uncomfortable beds; shower broken. 4. Lugg carts (4) too few for 6 flr hotel. 5. $--- price for low qual room is outrageous.

Absolutely nothing I want a refund

Literally EVERYTHING. Second I walked in people were screaming in the lobby. Fridge was leaking some nasty fluid, took forever to checked in, room was dirty, bedding was stained, this place was an absolute nightmare.

Free Breakfast, friendly staff

Hotel room smelled like smoke (nonsmoking room) and I kept smelling cannabis in the middle of the night. Dog next door kept barking and woke me up. Bedroom floor was still dirty and sticky when I walked

Nothing, it was absolutely disgusting. Floor was filthy, the lamp was broken, more of the electrical outlets didn't work, shower and sink were filthy and disgusting, smoke smell was terrible.

The maintenance is poor.The elevator was down,The ice machine was leaking water continuously, no-one mopped up the water.The bedding and some of the towels needs to be thrown out some were discolored.The toilet malfunctioned and I had to change my room

The staff is awesome but the crowd and cleanliness need a boost

The back environment gave me chills when I arrived. The general manager, an extremely courteous person, convinced me that my stay would be safe and relaxing. It turned out to be true, and if they keep improving, it will be one of the best places to stay.

Well maintained facilities and parking

I ordered a handicap access room, but my room was on the second floor and far from the elevator

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room had not been properly cleaned. The furniture was old and in poor condition. Overall, the space felt neglected and uninviting.

The room was not clean and it didn?t have hand or body soap just shampoo and conditioner .

Everything, room was nasty, roaches everywhere in the room, on the bed, shower did not work. Only stayed here for 30 minutes and left. Was not refunded at all. Will never go back!

Excellent and convenient location as to where I was visiting, and the price rate is okay. Staff were friendly and professional, greeted with a smile. Check in and check out was great

Yes, only 1 elevator was working, tv remote did not work, bedspread was wrinkled and had cigarette burn hole, only 2 clothes hangers, desk chair was broken, lamp missing from Nite table, no clock, phone was dusty.
