We booked our two double queen rooms in January.. but when we checked in they were overbooked and we had to have one of our rooms with one bed and a sofa sleeper. That?s stinking ridiculous! Plus the phone didn?t work so a safety issue in my opinion

I BBC was there for 3 days and never saw housekeeping. The shower soap ran out. When I called the front desk no one answered even after 20 rings. The exercise room was missing 30 pound dumbbells.
