Did not like the front desk guy that checked me in. Very rude and disrespectful. The other guy was extremely nice and helpful.

The young lady that checked me in wasn't friending and inviting. She had a rude disposition towards her and after a long car ride of travel to that city it would've been nice to be greeted and checked in with a smile and welcoming demeanor.

Breakfast, location, cleanliness, daytime staff

Nighttime receptionist-he was sleeping/sleepy and was grumpy when we checked in a little before 9pm; The sink and shower drainage were clogged.

The staff and breakfast were awesome.

The carpet outside of the elevators on the second floor was stained in several places. It could use a good shampoo. Our room floor was sticky and dirty.

They charged me an additional $30 for a cot, after my companion paid $15.90 cash for the same cot.

Yes, The ONLY thing I would suggest is that, even though Breakfast was wonderful, maybe they should consider adding at least one or two vegetarian or vegan choices for people who are not Pork eaters along with a a pack or two different Herbal Tea.

Plenty of parking, very clean, updates, quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the grounds were neat, nice outdoor area. And hot breakfast. Excellent value

Nothing. Everything as expected from a budget hotel.

Great staff! The little bar/restaurant had a great burger and a cold beer that I desperately needed after a 9 hour drive.

The AC in the room. It wad either -38 or the surface of the sun. Just modernize those from a twist knob to a digital and its gonna be great.

Proximity/breakfast :comfortable bed

Location is convenient and there's a restaurant on-site.

Breakfast starts late. During the week, Breakfast should start at 6am because people have to leave early to work.

Cleanliness polite staff helpful

Showerhead in the H/C bathroom needs to be larger. And there should be a heat source in the bathroom

Staff is always friendly everytime I come to Bowie for work.

Only thing missing from the breakfast is Grits. Lol

The complimentary breakfast was good and had many options. Rooms were clean and staff was nice and helpful. Definitely recommend for a good stay, close to a Mcds and right across from target as well, could just walk over.

Rooms are quiet, no bugs, the accommodations are all wonderful. Housecleaning staff are very helpful and productive.

The pool was only outdoor and closed for the season. An indoor pool/jacuzzi would have been so much more relaxing.

The mattress & pillows were a little too hard for me
