There were alot of kids staying at the Hotel. It was quite noisy in the daytime.

I thought we would get a free breakfast. The write-up on the hotel even said that there were restaurants. But there was no free breakfast for us.

No parking, no pool, hotel didn?t give us 2 towels.? called room service in the evening and the morning and no one answered our concerns about towel. Dog poop was on our hall way twice
Room had makeup smudges on the door and hair in the bathtub and on towels. Understaffed at the reception desk.

The one staff member who was a Latino male, He wasn't attentive, didn't know how to listen and overall was unpleasant to deal with. As a result, I always had to wait longer.
Clump of hair on the room floor; super noisy and not policed by front desk staff; gave me a fruit basket as a gesture of apology - the fruit was molded and my dog accidentally got into the grapes and almost died... so 'no good deed...' on the last issue
Parking. Rooms with leaky fridge and water on carpet
The Brand name HYATT
hotel was a little dated. Parking was expensive and not included withe the stay.I had to be moved from 1st room due to maintenance issues. No free breakfast.

Location, close to Red Line.
Aspects of room were only OK. Pealing paint, banged up furniture, shower curtain. But basically very good. Just less than I expect from Hyatt.
