Front desk staff is top-notched (professional, personable and go out of their way to resolve issues promptly) I love the Corella Bar where I bump into my neighbors and Restaurant/Lounge area, expansive with or without privacy.
The County shortchanged the AC Hotel on the entrance where customers are confronted with a very small area to unload/load luggage on a rather busy road.
The location is great- as good as anywhere in Bethesda.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced and serves low quality food. The bed was clean but too firm for me and the room was very simple but nice. Everyone was friendly at the front desk.
Everyone was friendly the room was updated and it smelled normal
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel
The bathroom and shower I loved
That I didn¿t get the room I booked and still paid same price and got charged 2 times
New modern furnishings; located kitty corner from the elevator to the METRO Station...
This hotel was everything we were looking for. Location was great, staff was friendly, and facilities were clean.
The hotel was in a beautiful and safe location. Very upscale modern decor.
