Elevator was hot but an engineer said the hvac was being worked on.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean

It was a guessing game on if the elevator was going to work. Maintenance said it was the heat so I get it but it was a lot of long waits and long walks for slow moving elevators. The breakfast was free and I see why. It was not good.

room size and value

The hotel seemed to be a bit neglected by ownership. The pool was closed, one elevator was broken, missing vending/ice machines, etc. However, the experience was positive overall.

Breakfast times not long enough.

Hotel employee at check in desk was courteous and customer service inclined. the lady in the kitchen greeted warmly and friendly and was willing to help, was limited by management policies and support.

Hotel was dirty, super dirty inside the elevator, room was not cleaned while there. Breakfast menu was limited and tasteless and was same every morning. Bagel was hard like rock!

They tried to give me a room that was not as nice as the one I reserved and paid for. The reservation was clear.

Location. Rooms were comfortable.

The Manager switched my suite that I booked two months in advance without even contacting me. They overbooked so he booted us into 2 different rooms. The maids did not come in our rooms except one time in a 3 day stay and did not replace towels.

The overall accommodations were nice. The room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable.

Had 1 dead roach and 1 live one. We had flood lights filling our room with white light all night. We were unable to close the curtains enough to remedy this. The heating unit in our room was noisy. Had a metallic vibrating sound every time it came on.

The location was good,rooms ok.

Had buds in my room every night, call front desk and was told they where just stink bugs!.. a bag is a bug, but we are talking 5 or 6 in the room every night, and every night I killed them. Thing is its winter there what is it like in the summer.

The staff members were all quite friendly and helpful, especially the woman who staffed the breakfast area.

Cleanliness

The hotel was in the best proximity to my family's house! So it was perfect for the travel back and forth to visit! I'm definitely booking with them the next time we go to visit Maryland!

Everything! ! Wonderful staff!! Hotel employee was my favorite. ..after traveling 12 hours in a car he let me check in early!!

It was in a good location to where I need to be.

I don't like eating my breakfast or any food on disposable plates and silverware.
