Breakfast was not warm. Nothing was hot, not even the coffee.

Comfortable bed, clean room, modern design. LOVED coming into the room with my personal welcome message! The bartender was so friendly, and made my evening enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was DELICIOUS! The chef came out to ensure I enjoyed

Room was quiet and bed comfortable,

Breakfast buffet eggs rubbery and food not warm. Pool small, an employee told me that my kids are grown and i need to kick them out of my home, without knowing my family situation. None of his buisness.

The room was clean and welcoming. They even had Welcome Erin on the television. I felt that was a nice touch. Also we had been traveling for 2 days by car, I was feeling unwell and even though we arrived right as the kitchen closed, they made some toast.

Online it states that a small breakfast is included, but when my husband and I went down to grab a bite, the man stated if I am going to eat a lot he would have to charge me ten dollars. I literally had one piece of bread in my hands.

Exceptionally friendly staff and a warm welcome. Val in the bar area and Chef were very attentive and friendly. Great room plan, spacious and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in a great location, clean on the outside.

Twice they cleaned the room without changing the sheets. Shower and sinks were not cleaned cleaned out on those days. They simply pulled up the blankets and changed the towels in the rooms. Expected a little more from a Hilton. Also, there were shower issues all week. They said they had a hot water tank go out but it kept causing our showers to literally shut off in the middle of a shower and stand there freezing for 30-45 seconds before the water would restart and when it did it was ice cold.

Environment was nice

Breakfast that was purchased was cold. Pool was out of order. So they sent us to hotel next door with a waiver. There pool was also out of order. The indoor pool was why I booked hotel.

Upon checking in, the front desk clerk didn’t bother to inquire whether or not I was using the credit card that I used to reserve the room. She just attempted to charge the card, it was declined because I had the card locked. I’m used to being asked if I’m using the card on file prior to being charged.

Staff was great and friendly, especially in dinner/bar area. Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy.

Close to the lacrosse fields for tournaments.Clean comfortable room. Quiet location. StaffFriendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for additional cost. Close to restaurants. I would stay again.

We like everything about this hotel. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stay here every summer.
