Spacious room

Within the first hour there we saw about 3 bugs in the room. There was also a bunch of dead bees by the ice machine. There was also mold in the bathroom. Overall it just did not feel very clean.

Hotel public areas and the room were *pristine.* And the room is HUGE - it's a small suite. It's really nice.

Shower water pressure was weak; the linens were B grade. It was still acceptably rated and I would definitely consider staying here again, though might pay a few bucks more for better water pressure.

The price was reasonable, very clean and also close to where I had to go.

Check in and staff told me that I have no reservations there. I show her the confirmation number and address and she told me that I was at the wrong address when it show it was the right address on my direction app. She was very rude to me

There was a baseball event a lot of kid¿s running around. Wish to have been on a different floor.

Not impressed.

The chaise lounge in the room was stained. We found a bug and there was mold in the bathroom. Also, guests camped out on the grass outside our room and watched a baseball game on a make shift sheet screen where they were allowed to cheer and party.

Its proximity to the highway was very easy. The front desk staff was really great. Dog friendly made it complete.

And we weren¿t aware when we booked online that there was an additional charge for your pet. This was our first time traveling with a pet, so now we know.

It was convenient for our travel situation. Staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were a lot of restaurants from which to choose. The bed was comfortable and clean.

I slipped in the bathtub, but caught myself. Next time, I might put a hand towel on the bottom of the tub when I shower. I am not sure what the hotel could do about this, except maybe install a permanent, non-skid surface to the tub.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Nearby restaurants and convenience store.

It was quiet, immaculate, and everything was well kept.

Accessible rooms were lovey, but a long distance from the lobby and breakfast area.

Amazing new hotel which was perfect for our New Year’s Eve Tera Klopf from Florida to Boston. Thank the staff so much. They were great.
