2 times staff chased me down for something, very unsettling. I appreciate the security but the 30 cameras all over the hotel was creepy. They knew when I got to my room and when I left it, my privacy felt invaded.

The room was very unkept. We had trouble with a flood in bathroom. Broken toilet seat cover. We did move rooms. But no compensation. No manger spoke to me at all. Just all around poor service.

room was small with 2 double beds--not comfortable. cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids. No turn down service, bathroom had mold/mildew in caulking around shower stall.

A storm hit that knocked out the lights, wifi, tv and heat. Minimal power came on, but the tv, wifi and heat did not work. The elevators did not work and the staff did not help anyone down the 4 flights of stairs in the morning. coffee and hot meal-nil

Check out day the opened the door without knocking. I scheduled for a late check out and they knocked and opened the door like 9 times that morning.

Price. Rooms nicely renovated, hotel has been upgraded. Bed perfect. Nice staff, parking good.

TV has very limited channels and not foxnews. Elevators are very small and ancient. HVAC in rooms is finicky, the thermostats don't keep track right and no constant fan or fan only mode. Either too hot or cold.

Location was close to my place of business.

It was not clean, water was coming out brown, hair was in the ice container, bathroom was not clean.

The fire alarm went off from 4am until 5am. Spoke with workers staying there and this was the 3rd night. OOwner/manager offered no mea culpa during breakfast. Was supposed to be a 7am departure ended up leaving at 11am as my kids needed rest

For the price of the hotel my expectations were low but shockingly it was a really nice spot room was clean and big and the overall location was perfect.

Just the elevators were small and slow

Very convenient to nearby eating paces, drugstore, and home and department stores.

Limited staffing meant that desk was unmanned for a long period of time as we attempted to register. The free breakfast was adequate, standard cardboard sausages and warmed over omelets. Coffee had the residual taste of an unwashed carafe.

Hotel was not well kept and I had to change rooms because the shower was broken in the first room. Guests were noisy and the cable TV didn't work well, channels kept on freezing. When I turned on the water in the morning, it came out brown at first. Yuck!

Elevator was old style type, small and tight for 3 people

Staff was unprofessional. Room had insects in fridge and microwave AC did not work, after arguing with front desk was moved to room that could only be accessed by Master Key, no key for us. All stairwell doors and emergency exit doors were propped open
