The security guard was kind.

No continental breakfast as stated, urine in heater, threw toiletries on floor, extra blankets used and thrown in closet, tons of immigrants coming in and loud in hallways, television/cable went out for 4 of 6 days stay,

It was not clean and dated. Also food for breakfast was minimal and no one was around to service or assist with questions.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the beautiful and bold wallpaper too! The fun bathroom mirror decal made me smile!

The lobby was warm but the kitchen/dining lounge area was SOOOO HOTTTT. Both in the evening and in the morning. Couldn't enjoy it at night because it was so miserably hot and we ate breakfast so fast because the heat in the dining room was awful like 80+

The price was reasonable and everything was clean.The breakfast was good for the type that it was.Was only here for one night but it served it's purpose well.

The hotel was housing homeless or migrant family (families?)near an entrance that I used but 2 other guests told me that they were told to not use that entrance.I wasn't told that but it was kind of strange.

Staff was friendly, hotel offered breakfast and internet connectivity was good. There's restaurant across the street.

The hotel was farther than I realized from where we needed to go. Star rating is illusionary for the price of this hotel. Meaning overall the hotel is good so it gets good ratings but it's most definitely over-priced as its a bit outdae

Room is so clean and smelling good. The hot breakfast was delicious ¿¿ the price spectacular. Nice place!

Little bit far of the downtown and not public bus closed

Very disappointed in how much was not working (pool, laundry). Housekeeping was poor.

Breakfast selection was good, easy access to our room through the back entrance was convenient.

The room size was a bit small but not much of an issue.

The hotel was clean. The A/C was quiet and provide plenty of cool air. Convenient to I-95. Breakfast was adequate.

1. Rugs stained. 2. Furniture ragged 3. Bathroom celing leaked. 4. Requested wake-up call ignored.

Staff was courteous and quick at check-in, shower was strong and hot. Ac worked very well.

After showering I dried off and found a black pubic or chest hair in the towel fibers. Shampoo was orange and all in the shower that could be wiped off with my finger. One of the pillow cases had either or filth-it was not clean so pillow couldn¿t use

Pool was out of service but nothing on the sites told us about this. We checked in only to be told we cant change hotels

Location met our needs. Breakfast was OK

Hotel was clean, staff was professional and polite and breakfast was well stocked and taken care of.

I didn't understand why it's advertised as having a pool when the pool has been shut down since 2020. I hadn't booked the room specifically for use of the pool but it was part of why we booked there. No reason that pool should be shut down.

Location room clean and sizeable

Proximity to Boston Logan Airport -- the main reason we chose it.

It was fine, a bit unimproved, kind of tight quarters, but good enough for what we paid in the Boston area.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It exceeded my expectations as a budget hotel for the price paid.

The breakfast has good

The staff was not caring about your concerns. They charge you extra money for checking in early ( 2hrs). The room was dirty-floor and sofa had stained spots all over them. I was doubled booked for 2 rooms. The manager would not give me a refund for 1night

I was disappointed to hear it would cost $50.00 to check out one hour later. The computer for boarding passes not operational, ice machine and one other item seem to be non-functional.
