Front desk staff was too hard to understand and not very polite. Asked for an extra pillow because of major back issues and it was like pulling teeth

Its a motel. You get what you pay for. It was out dated but very clean. Did not have much interaction with staff. Check in was easy and fast. Over all no issues and was close to where were going.

bathrooms are very old, cracks in the walls, no water stopper in tub or sink. Room smells very bad, tried to keep bathroom window open.
Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but they met our needs. No complaints from me.
