Quality Inn Westfield - Springfield

Front desk young man at check-in was rude and demanding. Told us he would not check us in until we moved our car.

The manager was very aggressive and unpleasant. Our shower did not work. We were overcharged. When we asked for a refund the owner aggressively pounded on our door and accused us of smoking, which we did not do.

The bathroom door looked like it had been broken down and forced entry several times. The crow bar marks and obvious signs of forced entry made me question my entire stay. Toilet bowl had dark brown ring around it as well

Everything was easy, the room was clean, microwave and fridge worked. Staff were pleasant.

The hallway could've smelled fresher but the room smelled fine. I also called to say I was arriving late but when I got there they had record of it and for a minute it seemed like I'd lose my reservation (and money) but it was rectified pretty fast.

Hotel is clean. Staff friendly. They are definitely working hard to remodel and upgrade this property

The hotel was listed as having a pool and a fitness center, yet they had neither.

had to book something local in a pinch, the place was very clean, and the staff was very polite. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

It started literally from the door, the supervisor went behind the desk and helped the front desk person accommodate unique situation. I am 8 months pregnant. She checked our room assignment and asked to change us to the 1st floor near the exit.

They finally cleaned up the rooms and got new carpet. It is so much better now. updated the furniture and cleaned up the rooms. So very nice now.

Great location off Interstate. Easy access to our planned destination.

Hotel is under renovations. Glue smell in hallways but not in room. The room wasn't as clean as I like. Remote dirty. Drain in tub was a very slow drain. The chair for desk was something I wouldn't even sell at a yard sale. Beds and pillows very uncomfort

Check in was smooth, room was lovely, they even folded the toilet paper. Very nice experience.

Bed was comfortable. Location was ok. Next to a Wendy`s was good. Staff checking in was pleasant. Checking out not so much!! Coffee in the A.M. was good.

Hotel was undergoing renovations. Very noisy & dusty. Loud noises begin at 7:30am.I had planned to sleep in after a long night. Not happening here.

So many problems and staff full of poor excuses. Parked my brand new truck in what looked to be a safe area. Came out the next morning with construction lifts and scaffolding inches from it. How about a warning or put up some cones?

I was able to check in and at least the bed seemed clean. I had driven 10 hours so I stayed despite what I list in the next section.

The room was extremely unclean and unprofessionally kept. There was a piece of toilet paper stuck to the ceiling next to the smoke detector, the shower was full of hair and looked untouched (unusable), and it looked like it hadn¿t been vacuumed in weeks.

The wall unit was loud, there was a hole in the carpet, and the room/bathroom needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom floor was sticky. At $---/night, this room was unacceptable.

I was looking to save money as we would be in the hotel less than 10 hours. For the price, it was exactly what was expected. Heidi went above and beyond to ensure all was well with our room. The breakfast was hearty and delicious!

Although the rooms are no smoking, with smoking only allowed on the balcony, the smell of cigarette smoke was apparent in the room.

Friendly desk woman and comfy bed.

Blood stained sheets, moldy ceiling, broken shower handle, the workers tried breaking into our room 2 times during very early hours with a wedge and a coat hanger for a fire stick someone left behind.. the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes.

This hotel sucked it was disgusting I checked out within an hour your agent walked me the worst hotel rooms ever it was two rooms and they were horrible

The doors do not Locked in one of the rooms that my children stayed in my bathroom toilet had piss stains all over it my bedsheets were dirty my kids bathroom was dirty this hotel is horrible I don¿t know why your agent bought me this hotel when I called

Pet friendly. Quick continental style breakfast with 3 different juices, fruits, cereals, breads, bagels, english muffins, a waffle maker (blueberry waffle batter during our stay) and pre-made scrambled egg discs. And the coffee was actually quite good!

It¿s showing its use. Carpet in our room was well worn with a tear right in front of the dresser & desk; a trip hazard for high heels. King size bed: one side was completely worn out, like laying in a vortex. The other side seemed like it was brand new.
