Room was a little dated. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Do not get a room with an adjoining suite. We were up all night due to their partying . We moved to a regular room & that was very quiet indeed

This hotel was terrible it had garbage in the hallways ! Now let¿s talk about comfort they get a complete 0 this bed was like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast was horrible it had nobody tending to it plus it absolutely dirty cereal on the floor.

The area and convenience to everything.

The shower water was never warm/hot. For 3 days it was Luke warm. The last day of our stay a transformer blew and caused havoc.

Excellent Location, good breakfast, friendly staff - easy check-in, check-out - Compliments to Hilton and the staff.

The AC was so loud and the quality of mattress was so poor - did not have enough support to have a restful sleep. Shower curtain was moldy...

Staff was friendly, but the big problem with our stay was the lobby and entire 1st floor were under a major construction. The indoor pool and hot tub was closed, and even the breakfast was served in a small room in the back of the hotel.

we didn't know, or thought to ask prior to booking, what other parties had booked at the hotel. we unfortunately had to listen to a multitude of children who were there for a hockey tournament. the kids weren't as bad as the drunk adults up to 4 AM

Furniture, etc, were a little worn. Bed was okay but not the best for me.

You needed to request having your room service. I believe when you are already over paying for a room that should be an automatic service.

Allowed us to check in early. Room was clean. Staff were pleasant and responsive

Food was poor. Cold and didn’t taste good . Unable to access indoor pool or jacuzzi. Should have been less money given these issues

Decent room size, refrigerator in room. Several restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was chaos. Long wait for breakfast to go, minimal selections and orders were incomplete or incorrect.

With the covid I did not feel like there were a lot of people around me they had it well organized and kept things clean. Great Job

the staff person was outstanding.

I found the pool water too cold to swim. The use of scented cleaning products in hotel rooms is terrible for those with allergies. Millions of people, especially children, have allergies and asthma today.

Amenities, including the breakfast buffet which had plentiful options, both an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, laundry and a game room. We were even provided a generous helping of s'mores ingredients to roast at the fire pit.

The proximity to the main road is convenient for getting to places, but the noise from passing motorcycles can be bothersome. Also, exiting left onto that main road can be stressful as vehicles are constantly streaming by in both directions.
