- AT LEAST I HAD A ROOM AFTER MY RESERVATION WAS MESSED UP
- The hotel was well situated and staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. Room was comfortable. Staff addressed concerns as they were noted

Cons -
- The surprise deposit .
- The usual "we don't clean rooms daily" nonsense since Covid. Excuses of staff shortages, environmental conservation, health safety, etc. It's about the corporate bottom line. For the price you pay, I wish they'd go back to daily cleanings.
