- Elevator smells like cigarettes. Staff were not pleasant. Hallway carpets were filthy. The WiFi didn?t work. My refrigerator was so loud that I couldn?t hear the TV, and I couldn?t sleep. Dirtiest shower tub ever. I saw a mouse run through the lobby.

- My room wasn?t clean, it smelled and had stains on the walls. Also the breakfast was just coffee and cereal bars/ muffins. My muffin had mold all over it.
