Every thing rudeness employees no space for the dogs to restroom I got tiket because my daughter doesn’t make on time downstairs The room stinks tabacco the location is sucks you can hear traffic on road all night was bad experience

It was the first hotel that allowed my family a late night last minute checking after we had driven hours from our previous destination on our rodetrip and couldn't stay at our campsite due to weather. We were truly appreciative!

Could use a few more pillows and cleaned alittle better.

Location

I booked a king and was downsized to an Olympic queen without being informed. When I mentioned it, they tried to tell me it was a king. I?ve had a king for 5 years and know how big it should be.

CLEAN. Wifi and cable/tv worked well. Right off highway, next to 24hour Cumbies. AC worked. Perfect business stay for under $---.

The room was clean and in good condition. It was a bit cold but it's because I could not figure it out. Overall it was ok.\ Thanks

Clean, no smoke smeling room

Outside of the hotel was not appealing. Could ve been cleaner .

The front staff was polite and courteous.

Price was a little high for how shoddy the place was. The shower leaked. The bathtub plug didn't work. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well, there were little hairs all over the place. The air conditioner barely did anything to alleviate the heat and humidity

I was overcharged for my room. I booked a king size and got a double. When I got there I was told that my payment online was not there. I had to pay another payment in order to stay. Then they put a hold of $100 until I called them the next morning.

Staff. Very straight forward with lack o f any humor

The location was ideal and easy to get to. When I needed something from the office the woman there was friendly and helpful.

We only had 1 cup in the room and one small trashcan which we had to keep emptying at an outside one by the office. There was also no closet to hang our clothes in and no coffee maker.

Easy in easy out. Quiet and clean. Very nice man greeted me.

Since the rooms don¿t have carpet, it would re really nice if you had leityer a thing may, carpet or rug at the entryway. We checked in while it was raining and the water we brought in stayed on the floor for over an hour. A welcome mat would be welcome.

No lights worked when I went in. Went back to front desk clerk came a had to plug in the light. Lights now working. Checked for bed bugs and the sheets were black,I've never seen black sheets in a hotel. Woke up with bites all over my legs BED BUGS

I had to switch hotels as soon as I got there was not happy they didn't have accommodations for myself and my service dog.

Towels was not fresh; bathtub/shower was dirty and shower curtain was in need of replacement. No hairdryer; no iron and overall was one of the worst Rodeway Hotels we have stayed in.

The price and the location were ok.the woman at the front desk was great as always.

The house keeping staff slacks on the supplies bin the room.they could put a little more effort into cleaning so that the front desk clerk doesn't have to pick up their slack.

supposed to be non smoking but it was a smoking room(definitely smelled it!), no coffee until 7:30 in AM, rude staff lady, some clerical disorganization.Only single wc given out, lamp over bed shorting. not the best motel.

Noisy, door to bath had hole in it. I was given a room on the opposite side of a main thoroughfare and thought that was great, until 18 wheeler trucks kept waking me by drving down the street to the hotel.

Great staff quick and easy check in/out. Clean room, nice hot shower

We stood in one of the remodeled rooms and were impressed with its renovations

There weren't enough towels/ face cloths and there was no bath mat
