The bed was very comfortable

When we asked for extra blanket we got an old blue blanket that was full Of pilling o it. It was very old and worn. It looked like a donated used blanket given to the SPCA

Yes, there was a compressor located outside the room (apparently for HVAC) that would turn on every few hours, which woke us up during the night. I told the front desk person and he pretended there was no noise.

I could hear the people upstairs talking a moving Toilet wasn't so clean.

Our room was unexpectedly upgraded, which was great. The front desk gentleman was really nice. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

It was clean and cozy.

They put me in a room directly next to a loud family with a small,loud, child. The hotel was not busy or booked up,so I don't see why they would want to put people so close together when they dont HAVE to.

Staff all wonderful.

I like to clean up after a long day. I always wash when I get to the room. The boxed soap in the dish was wet. Used soap. Terrible first impression. On the bright side, it was much better going forward.

Not much, but the only minor problem was the hot water faucet in the bathroom was loose.

The staff was AMAZING. She was the friendliest and most helpful person we dealt with in the entire 3 weeks we were on the road. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Not really, its a nice hotel.

Clean, modern, nice employees, good free breakfast, small hotel with serene atmosphere.

It was a little out of the way for where we were going, but that is not the hotel's fault.

My only complaint was that the mattress was a little too firm for my liking.
