Spacious room and comfortable bedding.

I wished there was a microwave in the room, but I was able to use the one in the dining room.

Staff are not friendly . We had to find a place to stay that was the only availability.it was far from the airport .

They over charged me then called the police on me

They didn't want to hear none of my concerns and they didn't want to give me a refund

The hotel is perfectly situated between our child¿s college and Boston. Easy access to both locations..

This was our third stay at Sonesta Boston. It¿s obvious that the new management has put some cost cutting things in place. Starbucks closed, altgh free breakfast included it was subpar. Computers/printers no longer available. Toiletries lesser quality.

Great location, it is central to historical sights downtown and easy to get to from the interstate.

Be ready to video your entire room as soon as you enter it because this hotel will charge you for every single thing that you could break - many items were already broken, damaged, or non functioning. Save yourself the headache just BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

1-No refunds if you leave early .. that is collecting money for services NOT rendered 2-No housekeeping except once every 3 days. A multi-star hotel should provide daily housekeeping. Clean sheets and towels every day is one of the joys of a hotel

Not as clean as it should be Pool was listed as an amenity, but there is none We were told housekeeping would happen after three days. All they did after the three days was give us new towels and took the trash. No clean bedding or vacuuming.

Ice machine broken on 3rd floor, AC in halls off, side doors card readers broken, pool is broken and not being repaired. Linens was sparse and not offered after 3 days of 7 day stay.

Convenient location.

I only traveled by myself, so I didn¿t need housekeeping. They could of as least knocked on my door and asked if I needed anything. No trash pick up or any type of refreshing.

Nice place and room. Simple but good breakfast with hot/cold options.

Only minor things like the faucet in the shower had a constant drip even when tightly closed. Also, the pillows looked fluffy but once you rest your head on them they flattened out and had no support.

Location, staff, the woman doing the kitchen duties was wonderful.

Pool was advertised. We chose the room because of the pool. The pool has been permanently closed for 9 months.

Check in staff were wonderful. Loved the room decor. Hotel smells good. Bed was very comfortable.

The plumbing was terrible. I had to switch rooms 3 times. They did not clean for two days because they were under staffed and their iron burnt my shirt because it was not clean
