Pros +
- Excellent location.
- great location right on the water. clean, quiet (at least in the off-season, don¿t know about otherwise), owner was hospitable and very accommodating and attentive to any anticipated needs we might have. Rockport is idyllic and the location is perfect.
- The location and parking was amazing. Watched lobster boats check their traps from our room. Shopping and restaurants all right there - an easy walk. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Cons -
- Grossly over-priced for what you get. And does the owner think that travelers staying in a hotel won't have luggage? No place to put even one suitcase - not even a folding luggage tray. Room is much smaller than it appears in pictures.
- Absolutely nothing.
