Cup stains. It's like the surfaces aren't wiped down enough.

Parking was kept clear of snow. Great buffet breakfast. Sausage, eggs and bacon were fresh.

It was quiet. I could actually sleep.

The staff at check in seemed to act like he didn¿t want to be bothered when I asked him about my emails request.

Drapes did not fully close, sheers did not block exterior light & did not like the ability to see into the room even though was unlikely.

Staff is good and grace with excellent work.

I just wanted some vegan or vegetarian options without egg or meat for breakfast. Though, could feel well with bread, toast and coffee. May be like a potato salad or flakes without sauté or beef. Or May be a day, if three to five day stay with food

The room was not clean. The surfaces were wiped down but sticky. The remote was filthy and there were stains on the fridge and walls. Mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The trim dirty in the bathroom from where people put there hands. Very shabby.

Light in the bathroom doesn¿t work , door doesn¿t work properly, wall in the bedroom was crack .

Great location, free breakfast was better than expected, overall very please with my two night vidit

I had no housekeeping.room was dirty. Bathroom vent was full with dirt. Everytime I sat on the toilet the dirt from vent blew on me. The bed sheets had stains. I informed front desk and kayla was very rude. I had no toilet tissue. She did not give us park

On check-in, clerk requested to provide a room near the lobby as I'm handicapped. Did not assign an apparently open room near the lobby.

Lots of refurbishing going on so i guess will improve future stays ... The level of Staff? kind of hanging around; perhaps a little obvious and loud enough to be noticed + for me to comment on.

The rooms are well-equipped (coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge) for the rate I¿ve been able to get. The location is easily accessible by public transportation.

Staff talk loudly in hallways.My room had no water supply for hours. The phone had no dial tone. Reception said there were signs about plumbing work, & I was free to leave if I didn¿t like it. They said they¿d send someone to repair the phone, but didnÂ
