Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston

Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming. Hotel employee was awesome. We got there too early but he showed us a restaurant nearby and invited us to the big Taste of Quincy. He took our suitcase and locked it up for us. The breakfast was wonderful.

The location is not good for walking.

The front desk staff was always top notch!

Kind of bare bones. No one cleaned our room.

Accommodating

Not clean enough, stained ceilings in bathroom, gnats flying around in bathtub and bathroom in general. Most importantly there was a mouse running around in my room for three days!!! I did not receive any kind of discount or satisfaction.

We love the hotel and the staff. It was perfect for our stay. However, we did not have hot water our entire stay. We were told money would be taken from the bill but we were charge in full

Ice cold shower. They were working on it to be fair. They did have a wedding and were very busy. We u understood. Loved the hotel.

staff was professional and caring and helpful for my Mom who got released from the hospital just before her hotel stay.

Location

The cleaning staff was loud and unconcerned with being quiet when cleaning the rooms. I was woken up every morning and i sleep like a rock. They literally were yelling down the long hallways.

Good location. Near the Red Line. Good breakfast. Clean. Competitively priced.

Even though the hotel was competitively priced, it was still expensive.

The views of the rover were beautiful, and the attached restaurant was amazing

Location wasn?t great, as there wasn?t much around the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing though.

Nice comfy beds and excellent breakfast!

Hotel clerk didn?t give us any info when checking in. We weren?t told about breakfast or offered any complimentary water. We had to ask another clerk.

The views and cleanliness of the hotel room. The lobby, dinning area, kitchen area smelled terrible and had to close my nose every time walked by, and the hallways smelled so gross too, couldn?t eat the complimentary breakfast.

Price and location

Very dated hotel, with outlets falling out of the wall, tiny shower/tub, no USB ports, drywall and paint in need of repair, and a funky smell in our room.

Adams Pub, staff. Quick access to ferries.

" water view" is a bog. For the price I would have chosen a much better hotel in Quincy and skip the water view.

Free breakfast, free parking.

Rooms smelled like mildew, dingy and slightly outdated.

Absoutley wonderfull staff, fantastic hotel We had a bobo when i booked our room, upon arrival and noticing my mistake the wonderful lady at the front desk was able to move us.. i cannot thank her enough.. Huge thank you!

There was MICE. The 3rd out of my 4day stay I Put aaid service sign on my door at 930 am... I returned at about 630 pm to the door cracked open as if they were going to clean it , but never did!!! Why was my room door left open?!?! Did they forget???

It was in a nice location and parking was free. The breakfast was delicious.

1st room smelled so musty and moldy, so we requested a different room.We were moved to another room that did not smell but was not very clean - found 2 pills in couch and couch mattress was old and dirty. Bathroom vanity was chipped and worn.

Why yes there is, I would like to get a room where water doesn't flow down the walls and get all your things wet, although they did put it us in another room,it was just the same,,,,never again there

my reservation for last day was lost - my handicapped spouse and I were told no room for us repeatedly. finally at noon we were offered a single bed option for $260 replacing our double bed accommodations at $160. 'nothing we can do for you". sad.

Breakfast was great and the attendants in the food area were very professional and courteous.

Older hotel. Room showed signs of its age. Looked like there were workers who arrived in the morning, not sure if they were there for general repairs or renovations. Did not feel like the price was a reflection of the quality room.
